Cn2 is a quantity that describes the strength of atmospheric turbulence. A value of 1e-13 might be representative of a hot summer day in the desert. 1e-15
would be exceptionally steady.
The value provided for "Resolution at target" equals (range in feet) / (1000 * threshold frequency in cycles per milliradian).
The code hasn't been exhaustively tested and there are no guarantees as to its accuracy.
